Refund Policy

At BlushOutfit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions.

Timeframes

  • Product Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

  • Visible Damage: For items arriving broken, scratched, or with missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered (e.g., resizing a bracelet). Once the item is inspected and approved, you may choose:

  1. An exchange for another item in stock.

  2. A full refund of the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty. To activate it, send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, including the original packaging and shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracks, scratches, drops).

  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

  • Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

  • Natural wear and tear (oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction).
